外审不符合项描述2--你认为如何？
Requirement:The organization shall review the requirements related to the product. This review shall be conducted prior to the organization's commitment to supply a product to the customer (e.g. submission of tenders, acceptance of contracts or orders, acceptance of changes to contracts or orders) and shall ensure that

我觉得这个老外在故弄玄虚。提出了两个Failure，但是没有提出审核的证据，究竟什么地方不可行，不清楚。 Evedences are clear. Requirement:

If the records were well maintained, the records would be avaible. The meaning of 'available' mentioned by auditor is slightly diferent from the meaning of "available' in chapter 5.2.2 "maintained' includes the meaning of being well preserved and being kept available. 本贴的“not available”翻译成“不存在”或“没有”或者”获取不到“比较合适。
