Auditors, please note that IAF MD 5:2013 has just released.
Hints for changing as follows:

4 ^+ }5 a2 n2 N' U; q0 V3.9 The reduction of audit duration shall not exceed 30% of the times established from Tables QMS 1 or EMS 1
Note: Clause 3.9 may not apply to the situations described in IAF MD1 for the individual sites in multi-site operations where sampling of sites is permitted. In this situation a limited number of processes are present in such sites and the implementation of all relevant requirements of the management system standards(s) can be verified.

As mentioned above, contract reviewer, audit programme administrator and team leader of certification audit  must pay attention to the new requirement.
