1. I am responsible for organizing the lean activities.

Thus, I commit to :

1.1. Conduct analysisof the current state map and create a future state map that uses leantechniques to eliminate waste and improve the process

1.2. Create aplan to achieve the future state and lead the implementation of the plan

1.3. Leadday-to-day activities within the value stream

1.4. Ensurethat Managing for Daily Improvement KPIs are being met for Safety, Quality,Cost, Delivery, 5S, and other critical value stream .

1.5. Work wellin teams and use the Lean tools to make continuous improvements

2. I am responsible for ISO system supervise ;

Thus, I commit to :

2.1. Organizethe management audit. KPI target and correction actions follow up ;

2.2. Internalaudit. Try to find issues, opportunities report and follow up.

2.3. Responsiblefor external audit (Lloyd’s and customer).

2.4. ISOtraining;

2.5. Procedureand documents of each department follow up and supervise.

2.6. Reportthe N/C in system to higher level;

2.7. Qualitymanual updating.

关于举办CCC认证工厂检查员培训班的通知

各相关组织、相关人员：
广东质检中诚认证有限公司（以下简称中诚认证、英文简称CTC），是由广东产品质量监督检验研究院、国家技术监督局广州电气安全检验所、广东省实验认证研究院（简称广东质检院、英文GQI）投资组建创办从事认证工作的实体,是经中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会依法批准（批准号：CNCA-R-2002-049），经中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可的国际互认权威认证机构。也是唯一一家北京地区以外的经国家认监委指定的具有CCC认证资质（03低压电器产品）的机构。为了满足本公司业务发展和人员培养的需要，拟定于2013年4月份举办CCC认证工厂检查员培训班，现就有关事宜通知如下：
一、报名要求：
1、具有国家承认的相应专业大专以上（含大专）学历；
2、大专学历的，具有至少6年相应专业工作经历；大学本科以上学历的，具有至少4年相应专业工作经历。
二、培训地点、时间：
1、地点杭州（具体地点另行通知）
2、时间 4月中上旬（具体时间另行通知）
三、培训内容及课程设置：
1、产品认证简介；
2、产品证证流程与术语；
3、工厂质量保证能力要求和产品一致性的要求；
4、工厂检查前准备；
5、工厂检查的实施；
6、产品一致性检查；
7、获证后监督；
8、产品认证检查员管理；
9、本课程共计三天，第三天下午为CCAA(中国认证认可协会)CCC工厂检查员注册考试。
