To provide assessment delivery services andprovide added value to clients. To help improve clients business performancethrough assessment, and to explore &satisfy customers’ needs. 0 ]* e2 {' H- j9 S o
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Delivering assessment by assigned job with relatedManagement system standards. Planning audit schedule, reviewing the client’s management system document, collecting audit evidence, assessing the weakness and potential improvement throughinitial assessment, surveillance assessment and recertification assessment, inorder to evaluate the conformity and effectiveness of management system againstrelated standards and assessment criteria. Compiling the assessment report and report detectednon-conformity and observation. Closing and verifying auditnon-conformity, bringing forward audit conclusion objectively Recommending certification/registration or furtherassessment based on the assessment findings. Other responsibilities assigned by regionalmanager. Key Measures (or KPIs)
% ?# i! W* E, o: |. Z$ p/ pl Annual delivery days are around 170 days, or to meet the objective set by regional Assessment & Delivery Services (ADS) Manager. Customer satisfaction rating is supposed to be more than global average. All assessment should be delivered according to time table & in a professionalway. " i2 }& {# V1 F
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities * [, f/ H- ^ G
College graduate, with at least 5-year related working experience andrelated management experience, e.g. Qualify management, environmental managementand Occupational Safety & Health management experience IT/Aviation/Logistics/Banking/EHS/Medical background preferred. Familiar with enterprise operation process and management model Familiar with certification standard, e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001.etc. Obtain CCAA registered auditor qualification preferred (e.g. CCAA ISO9001/14001/13485/20000/27001,TS16949, IRIS, AS9100, etc)
