Responsibilities:

My Job is: to deliver the technical process for a specific category or sub-category and to ensure that my products and services consistently meet XXX’s quality, safety legal and ethical standards
& l6 k# X, h' h· Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products to conform to our policies, standards and specifications; including participation on any relevant workstream projects
2 Q8 F" \2 y- }5 G0 i. s· Developing our range in the specific category by keeping up to date with product and packaging innovations
; h. h: s9 |0 R9 x) O  Q8 |· Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to XXX’s technical, ethical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
, }7 H  h9 c: z- W· Participating in buying trip meetings to assess products and factories and to provide technical inputs
& q! O4 d/ s: G' _· Reviewing key critical path deadlines and ensuring they are being met
! }7 k4 I5 r7 l0 V· Leading and coaching my team

· Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects

Requirements:
6 years relevant experiences with at least 3 years as a people manager.
1 k4 [  d# M) @" U- VThorough understanding of manufacturing of the relevant category.
! \' R) s9 [! c* z7 Z' oGood knowledge of legal and environmental requirements and customer expectations in the country of sale.
+ ]  W; }8 @( w' j2 w; ]6 a; `Very good understanding of Ethical Standards in the global retailers' supply chain.
+ i/ y( ^3 x4 U; v4 G& D# u2 C: eGood English communication both in written and verbal.
