Responsibilities:

My Job is: to deliver the technical process for a specific category or sub-category and to ensure that my products and services consistently meet XXX’s quality, safety legal and ethical standards
; ?% \# D6 _. }) M2 g· Implementing strategic and operational plans for our products to conform to our policies, standards and specifications; including participation on any relevant workstream projects
· Developing our range in the specific category by keeping up to date with product and packaging innovations
· Reviewing supplier and factory compliance to XXX’s technical, ethical and quality standards and ensuring they are trained on these on time
· Participating in buying trip meetings to assess products and factories and to provide technical inputs

· Leading and coaching my team

· Providing support to the team members of Technical Department

Requirements:
  B8 \6 D* ~5 }8 ~! O6 years relevant experiences with at least 3 years as a people manager.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing of the relevant category.
Good knowledge of legal and environmental requirements and customer expectations in the country of sale.
Very good understanding of Ethical Standards in the global retailers' supply chain.
