职位要求：

1. Assistant with plant quality manager to set and maintain the quality system

2. Responsible for QA survey from *** internally and from qualified 3rd party

3. QA survey on vendor site, especially raw material suppliers

4. Plan the internal audit to prevent or/and find the potential quality issue
- Make yearly plans for internal audits, file the audit reports and do the follow up of corrective actions drawn from the internal audits
- Organize the system for internal audits, which has different type to implement the audit
- Build up and maintain a team of internal auditors (internal or external training)

5. For new part, confirm all documents or/and paper are ready for test production, mass production, like the PPAP package

6. Organize the internal training for quality system and to improve quality sense...

7. For manager, supervisor, operator, prepare different level training on improving quality sense

8. Controlled Documents Management
- Build up and maintain a system for documents
- Define how to write documents (general rules for layout and contents)
- Define the document system with a easy tracking data system
- Maintain an archive of outdated documents

9. - Manage the process change, and check comply with the system
- Control Media: stamps/E signature…

任职要求

· 5 year experience on quality system work on ISO9001

· At least graduated from colleague

· major in chemical

· Has experience on Lab

· Has experience on process/production line

· Has experience on establishing a new system

· Has experience on ISO14001 management system establishment

· Has experience on document control system/data tracking base

· Has experience on supplier development and audit on site

· Has different audit type to implement internal and external audits
also need data analysis to modify/update internal audit
