But keeping formal consistency is one of basic requirements for standardization establishment, specially for its document. On this point, ISO9001 is very tolerant. Since ISO9001 declares itself from ISO. It sounds like inconsistency. How do you explain these two kinds of idea?
In the period of standardization establishment, I find it's hard to fuse these kinds of idea. If you focus on form, you would miss effect, vice versa.The latter is the core of ISO 9001.
