现公司急聘一名经销商项目经理，负责进口大众4S店二方审核管理，具体职责和要求如下：
Responsibilities工作职责：
1.Be responsible for 4S Dealer Audit project’s coordination to fulfill the requirement of the customer
负责公司有关汽车经销商审核项目的统筹安排，组织协调好项目的实施，满足客户需求；
2.Maintain key customer relationship, develop new customer. Organize customer event and training
维护大客户关系，开发新客户。组织客户活动、实施客户培训；
3.Operate the planned audit project
执行计划安排的客户项目专业审核工作；
4.Control the project quality, reporting the project status to customer
监控项目质量；向客户汇报项目执行情况
5．Project related documentation
开发和管理项目相关文献，参考资料。

Requirement要求:
1. Have Bachelor’s or above degree, good command of oral and written English skill
大学及以上学历，具有良好的英语沟通能力；
2. At least 3 years’ work experience in 4S Dealer sales and services area, be familiar with 4S Dealer sales and services processes
三年以上品牌汽车经销店销售及售后服务经验；熟悉汽车销售及售后服务流程
3. Experiences in project management and training
有项目管理经验；有实施培训经验
4. Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System (EMS), CCAA external auditor qualification is a plus
了解质量管理体系（QMS）和环境管理体系(EMS), 有CCAA审核员资格者优先；
5. Working experience in a multinational working environment is a plus
有在外企工作经验者优先；
6. Good skills at MS Office software, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
熟练掌握MS Office软件使用，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等；
7. Team sprit, good communication skill, Frequency traveler
具有团队合作精神, 良好的沟通技能，能够适应经常出差。
