做管理咨询类工作，感到压力很大

本人近期在做管理咨询类工作，感到压力很大，好像自己在一条船上，不知道这条船往那里开，会不会触蟭沉没。

Recently I put myself into managemental consulting work with a tense anxiety. It seems like I’m in a boat and I don’t know where I’m going, whether it strands or sinks.

搞认证咨询觉得轻车熟路，但做标准化体系咨询，就像无头苍蝇，迷失方向。

It’s easy for me to engage in certification consulting, but not in managemental system. So, I miss myself in it.

同时感到，做咨询，懂ISO体系，还远远不够，还要懂流程，懂标准化，等等。现在，懂ISO的人太多了，还有什么吃饭本钱呢？

At the same time, consultants are not only capable for ISO systems, but process and systematical method, etc. Now, more and more people have mastered it. What highlight can we show to our customers?
