各位老师：        在审核OHSMS 5.4 工作人员的协商与参与 这个条款的时候，如何实施？总感觉很空洞，或无从下手似的，条款要求的倒挺多，可真正审核起来，不知道怎么审核了。。。
       请老师们指教。

IAF MD 22:2018, International Accreditation Forum, Inc. IAF Mandatory Document Application of ISO/IEC 17021-1 for the Certification of Occupational  health and safety Management System(OH&SMS):
9.4 Conducting Audits
G 9.4.4.2 The audit team shall interview the following personnel:
  [( y) B9 ~: X/ d5 J' r7 G) a6 |i)        the management with legal responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
! E- ?% f5 ^" _4 Z" y4 R2 J: ?ii)        employees' representative(s) with responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety,
iii)        personnel responsible for monitoring employees' health, for example, doctors and nurses. Justifications in case of interviews conducted remotely shall be recorded,
iv)        managers and permanent and temporary employees.
3 _+ G& e/ t) I* T4 BOther personnel that should be considered for interview are:
i) managers and employees performing activities related to the prevention of Occupational Health and Safety risks, and

审核组应面谈以下人员：
$ \, c- v2 ^2 B- _0 wi)负有OHS法律责任的管理者；
+ p1 W" i# }9 V* T8 Kii)负责OHS的员工代表；
1 ]7 d( k$ [3 H) ?+ `6 z7 W( `iii)负责监视员工健康的人，如医生和护士。远程面谈理由应被记录；
iv)管理人员、长期和临时工。
4 P7 ~, {1 ?, ?5 Z7 @! k宜面谈其他人员：
i)从事与预防OHS风险相关活动的管理人员和员工,和
7 k; G" U2 n$ J5 f$ a" i5 lii)承包方的管理者和员工。
