Once I heard a inner organization for ISO certification had a very funny comparison. ISO certification in China is very bad. It's smelly as a closestool. If the cover is open, it smells much more, that is, the more you know, the more scandals appear. Do you know which organization made this remark?

还是自己说吧，中国的认证有如马桶，已经发臭。不揭开盖还好，揭开盖就臭不可闻
