The organization shall take action to eliminate the cause of nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence. Corrective actions shall be appropriate to the effects of the nonconformities encountered. 7
Failure:   
Determining the cause of non conformitieswas not sufficient.
Evidence:
Cause analysis for the “Technics Conformity Rate”on Feb.2008was only the problem description again , not determinted the root cause.
