中国认证认可协会成立于2005年9月27日，是由认证认可行业的认可机构、认证机构、认证培训机构、认证咨询机构、实验室、检测机构和部分获得认证的组织等单位会员和个人会员组成的非营利性、全国性的行业组织。依法接受业务主管单位国家质量监督检验检疫总局、登记管理机关民政部的业务指导和监督管理。 中国认证认可协会以推动中国认证认可行业发展为宗旨，为政府、行业、社会提供与认证认可行业相关的各种服务。 中国认证认可协会的主要工作有：加强社会责任监督，制定行规行约，规范行业行为，维护行业利益；调查研究中外行业发展及市场趋势，参与制定行业发展战略规划，向政府提出政策和立法建议，向社会提供信息与咨询服务；倡导科技进步，促进信息化建设，组织人才教育和培训；参与制、修订国家行业标准，并组织贯彻实施；组织国际对话，开展行业外交，促进国际合作；开展认证推广工作；编辑、翻译出版认证方面的标准、期刊、书籍、文集和资料等；完成政府主管部门交办的工作。 中国认证认可协会以提升行业素质为己任，着力于行业、企业与政府间的沟通协调，并加快国际合作步伐，努力为中国认证认可行业发展营造良好的氛围。 网址：http://www.ccaa.org.cn/

主要职能：加强社会责任监督和行业自律；调查研究中外行业发展及市场趋势，参与制定行业发展战略规划，向政府提出政策和立法建议，向社会提供信息与咨询服务；倡导科技进步，促进信息化建设，组织行业从业人员资格管理教育和培训；参与制、修订国家行业标准，并组织贯彻实施；组织国际对话，促进国际合作；开展认证推广工作；编辑、翻译出版认证方面的标准、期刊、书籍、文集和资料等。
主要业务：认证人员注册、培训开发、会员服务、自律监管、技术标准和开展国内外认证认可业务交流合作等。为加强认证认可行业自律监管和推进规范化管理，中国认证认可协会成立了行业自律与诚信建设工作委员会和人员注册技术与申投诉委员会；承担了全国认证认可标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC261）秘书处日常工作；与中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会共同主办了由国家质量监督检验检疫总局主管的《中国认证认可》杂志，该杂志成为了中国认证认可行业指导性刊物。
中国认证认可协会着力于行业、企业与政府间的沟通协调，并加快国际合作步伐，努力为中国认证认可行业发展营造良好的氛围。
China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) was established in September 27,2005, it＇s a non-profit national industry organization composed of accreditation bodies, certification bodies, certification training bodies, certification consulting bodies, laboratories, inspection bodies, some certified organizations and individual members. CCAA is under the management and supervision of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China (AQSIQ) and Ministry of Civil Affairs. CCAA promotes the development of national accreditation and certification as the purpose, industry and provides a variety of services relate to certification and accreditation for government, industry and society.Main functions: Strengthening social responsibility supervision and industry discipline, developing rules and regulations, specifying industry practices, safeguarding the interests of industry; researching foreign industry development and market trends, participating in the development of industry strategic development plan, providing policy and legislative proposals to the Government; providing information and consulting services to the society; advocating scientific progress, promoting information technological construction, organizing management for professionals` qualification, education and training; participating the revision of national industry standards and organizing the implementation; organizing of international dialogue, promoting international cooperation; developing certification promotion; editing, translating and publishing standards, journals, books, anthology, and materials related to certification industry.Main business: Registration fir Personnel certification, development of training, membership services, self discipline and supervision, technical standards and certification and developing cooperation and exchanges domestically and in aboard. In order to strengthen self-discipline and supervision in the field of certification and accreditation and promoting standardized management, CCAA has established Committee for Self-discipline and integrity, and Committee for Personnel Certification Technology and Complaints; CCAA works as the Secretariat of National Certification and Accreditation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC261) and deals with the daily work; CCAA and Certification and Accreditation Administration of People＇s Republic of China (CNCA) host together the magazine-China Conformity Assessment which is managed by AQSIQ, this magazine has become the guidance publications in the field of certification and accreditation in China. CCAA focuses on the harmonization among industry, enterprise and government and acceleration the pace of international cooperation, striving for a better atmosphere for the development of certification and accreditation in China.
认证认可行业的认可机构、认证机构、认证培训机构、认证咨询机构、实验室、检测机构和部分获得认证的组织等单位会员和个人会员组成的非营利性、全国性的行业组织。非营利的组织应该是没有收费的权利，可是收起钱来一点不含糊。哈哈哈 非营利性？？？是忽悠老百姓的，实则为敛财协会！！1 忽悠老百姓的 国家级协会，希望国家审计署进行专项审计。
